Relaxation massage utilizing a variety of strokes and pressures to increase venous and lymphatic flow, reduce muscle tension, increase vitality, balance and general well-being.
Sports & Neuromuscular Massage
Deep therapeutic massage for alleviation of acute and chronic pain. Trigger points and facilitated stretching are often utilized.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A light milking stroke is employed to flush lymphatic fluids thus improving our immune system, removing toxins and damaged cell particles and reduce swelling.
Reflexology
Working with the reflex points of the feet or the hands to reduce stress, increase circulation, detoxify, balance and revitalize.
Pre Natal Massage
